Training Times

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6.00pm to 7.00pm
(Warm up optional in public lanes 10 to 15 mins beforehand)
Stroke correction and coaching available Tuesdays & Fridays at no cost.
Programs available other nights or simply do your own thing.
Meet at Southern end of the pool.

Each Sunday morning 9.00am to 10.00am
(come 5 to 10 minutes earlier to help get set up for the morning)
Aerobic swims (timed longer swims) or simply swim at your leisure
(we hire the whole pool - just delightful)
Cost to swim on Sundays is $4.00 to cover the hire of the pool.
Brunch afterwards 10.00am onwards for an hour or so, bring a plate to share if you wish. (Families welcome to join us for brunch.)

Yearly Membership

Cost $70.00 per year (must be at least 18 years of age to become a member)
Club Equipment available for use (Kick boards, pull buoys)
Club merchandise available including swim caps, bathers & t-shirts (great prices)
